Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
Imposter Party is provided by Eliott Gaspar ("we", "us"). By using Imposter Party you are entering into an agreement with Eliott Gaspar, and by continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Imposter Party is an online party game. Playing is free; some question packs can be unlocked with a one-time purchase linked to your account. You must be of legal age to buy, or have a parent's permission, and you're responsible for keeping your login safe.
Fair use
- No unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment of other players.
- No infringing anyone's intellectual property, including in custom questions or chat.
- No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the service's security.
You're responsible for the custom questions and chat messages you write. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Ownership
© 2026 Eliott Gaspar. All rights reserved.
We own Imposter Party, including its software, questions, design and branding. Purchases give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the unlocked packs; they can't be resold.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Imposter running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Suspension
We may suspend or end your access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated rule violations.
